Who we are

Kaaze Events is a cultural organization dedicated to the production, organization, and curation of events that promote the Rwandan artistic scene. Co-founded in 2024 by Chloé Bonjean and Kenny Mirasano,

Kaaze Events produces its own events and also offers production, event organization and music direction services.

While live music is at the heart of what we do, Kaaze Events works with artists across a wide range of disciplines and creative fields.

Social impact is central to our mission. We believe that artistic creation from Rwanda should be accessible to everyone in the country, which is why we develop touring projects in public spaces and rural areas, such as the Yewe Muntu Tour and Ijwi Ry’Amahoro.

Connection is equally at the core of our approach. We strive to create meaningful encounters between artists and audiences, through intimate formats like our Home Performances, as well as foster collaboration and exchange between artists themselves, as with our Jukwaa project.

Beyond our own productions, Kaaze Events also puts its expertise and know-how at the service of others, offering event organization and curation, with a focus on live music. (See Our Services)

In the future, Kaaze Events wishes to open its own community focused music studio, and keep on building international connections through Jukwaa.
